This 157nm VUV grade CaF2 extended range UHV viewport has enhanced transmission from 125 nm in the ultraviolet through 10.5 microns in the infrared. The standard UHV mount is a 304 stainless steel 4.50 inch Conflat flange. It is available with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bake-out. It is also available with a transparent 6mm thick polycarbonate cover for safe viewing while primary window is not in service. The threaded mount mates with the protective cap or safety cover using the SM2 Lens Tube System*.
