This calcium fluoride extended range UHV viewport is of 157nm VUV grade and has enhanced transmission from 125 nm in the UV through 10.5 microns in the infrared. The UHV mount is a 4.50 inch Conflat flange made of low-mu stainless steel and has a magnetic permeability less than 1.010. The threaded mount mates with safety cover and protective cap using the SM2 Lens Tube System*. A transparent 6mm thick polycarbonate protective cover is available for safe viewing while the primary CaF2 window is not in service. It may also be purchased with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bake-out.
