This enhanced transmission grade extended range UHV viewport has excellent transmission from 125nm in the ultraviolet through 10.5 microns in the infrared. It is mounted on a 304 stainless steel 1.33 inch Conflat flange. For safe viewing while the primary CaF2 window is not in service it is available with a transparent 6mm thick polycarbonate safety cover. It is also available with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bake-out. Both the clear safety cover and anodized aluminum protective cap mate with the SM05 Lens Tube System*.
