With excellent transmission from 200 nm in the ultraviolet to 2.2 microns in the infrared, this SiO2 DUV grade UHV viewport is mounted on a 1.33" conflat flange of Low-mu stainless steel and has a magnetic permeability of less than 1.010. For safe viewing when the primary SiO2 window is not in use, it is available with a 6mm clear polycarbonate safety cover. It is also available with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bake-out. Both the clear safety cover and anodized aluminum protective cap are compatible with the SM05 Lens Tube System*.
