With excellent transmission from 200 nm in the ultraviolet to 2.2 microns in the infrared, this SiO2 DUV grade UHV viewport is mounted on a 304 stainless steel 4.50" conflat flange. For safe viewing when the primary SiO2 window is not in use, it is available with a clear 6mm polycarbonate safety cover. It is also available with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bakeout. Both the clear safety cover and anodized aluminum protective cap mate with the SM2 Lens Tube System*.
