With excellent transmission from 193nm nm in the ultraviolet to 2.2 microns in the infrared, this EUV 193nm VUV grade SiO2 enhanced transmission grade UHV viewport is mounted on a 2.75" Conflat flange made of 316LN stainless steel flange with magnetic permeability less than 1.010.  The threaded mount mates with a safety cover and protective cap using the SM05 Lens Tube System*. A clear 6mm polycarbonate protective cover is available for safe viewing when the primary SiO2 window is not in use. It can also be purchased with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bakeout.
