With excellent transmission from 193nm nm in the ultraviolet to 2.2 microns in the infrared, this EUV 193nm VUV grade SiO2 enhanced transmission grade UHV viewport is mounted on a 304 stainless steel 1.33" conflat flange. For safe viewing when the primary SiO2 window is not in use, it is available with a 6mm clear polycarbonate safety cover. It is also available with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bakeout. Both the clear safety cover and anodized aluminum protective cap mate with the SM05 Lens Tube System*.
