With excellent transmission throughout the infrared out to 20 microns and good transmission in the visible, this ZnSe IR grade extended range UHV viewport is mounted on a 304 stainless steel 4.50 inch Conflat flange. For safe viewing while the primary ZnSe window is not in service it is available with a transparent 6mm thick polycarbonate safety cover. It is also available with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bake-out. Both the clear safety cover and anodized aluminum protective cap mate with the SM2 Lens Tube System*.
