This fused silica UHV viewport is EUV 193nm VUV grade and has enhanced transmission from 193 nm in the UV to 2.2 microns in the infrared. The standard UHV mount is a 2.75" 304 stainless steel conflat flange. The threaded mount mates with a safety cover and protective cap using the SM1 Lens Tube System*. A clear 6mm polycarbonate protective cover is available for safe viewing when the primary SiO2 window is not in use. It can also be purchased with a protective anodized aluminum cap for greater thermal uniformity during bake-out.
